You will do a lot of troubleshooting in this position, working closely with our support team to understand the reported issue and provide a timely solution. If you don’t enjoy troubleshooting, this position won’t be a good fit.
This can be anything from a user-facing feature, a API that WordPress provides, or the community at large.
