Can participants make different selections?

Yes. Each child form can collect its own details and product choices. The parent can show participant counts and combine child entry totals into the group total.

Is Preview Submission required?

No. Nested Forms handles the repeatable participants. Preview Submission is an optional addition for a complete review step before submission.

What if the event has limited places?

Add an inventory strategy for the places being sold. The event-capacity solution shows a simpler organizer-and-quantity setup; collecting individual attendees adds another form relationship to configure and test.

Can the organizer choose an organization from our sheet?

Yes. The Vineyard spotlight uses an existing Google Sheet for its organization list. Add GC Google Sheets together with GP Populate Anything to populate those choices. Manually entered organizer and participant details still need neither product.
