Connect the destination calendar.

Authorize a Google account from the form’s Google Calendar settings and create a feed for the calendar that should receive the events.

Map the event and its attendees.

Map the event title, dates, location, and attendee email addresses. For a timed event, turn off All Day Event and map the start and end times. Select Google Meet if the event needs a meeting link.

Choose when it runs and what stays in sync.

Add feed conditional logic when only selected submissions should create an event. Enable Update & Delete Events if later entry edits and trash or spam actions should also update or remove the calendar event.

Will editing the event in Google Calendar change the form entry?

No. This feed sends entry data to Google Calendar. Direct calendar edits do not write back into the Gravity Forms entry.

Does creating an event stop conflicting appointments?

Not by itself. This recipe creates calendar events. GP Bookings with its calendar integration is the separate setup for blocking unavailable times before someone books.

Can the invitation include a Zoom or Teams link automatically?

The built-in conferencing option currently creates Google Meet links. Other conferencing services are not offered by that setting.
