Write the prompt once

Merge the field values into your prompt and configure a synchronous GC OpenAI feed to map the generated text back to the entry. The feed must finish before the confirmation reads that value.

Who pays for the AI?

You do. The OpenAI account is yours and usage is billed by the token, so keep prompts tight and think about who is allowed to submit the form.

How long does the teacher keep the page?

The entry-specific link can reopen the result while its source entry and confirmation page remain available. Email the confirmation URL with the result. The page reads the saved entry; bookmarking it is not a permanent file backup.

Is this the free GF OpenAI plugin?

No. GF OpenAI was the original free integration and GC OpenAI is the connection we support now. The mechanic is the same: field values into a prompt, generated text back out.
