Can buyers return from a different browser or device?

This account-free recipe stores access in browser cookies. Clearing the cookies or changing browsers does not carry that access with them. Logged-in user storage is a separate option available through a filter.

Does Forever mean access survives clearing cookies?

No. Even Forever depends on the stored access remaining available. Clearing the browser cookies means the visitor would need to submit again.

If I shorten the access duration, does everyone’s access change?

No. Changing the setting does not retroactively replace the duration of access already granted.
