GS Product Configurator
Embeds the form in the WooCommerce product, adds the form’s total to the cart price, and attaches the entry to the order.
Explore GS Product ConfiguratorA product page where the options are a Gravity Form. The customer builds what they want, watches the price move, and adds it to the same WooCommerce cart as everything else in the shop.
A product with your name on it.
Your choices, priced as you go.
Illustrative experience
The finished experience
Customers configure the thing themselves and check out in the store you already run, and the order carries the choices the workshop needs to build it.
A good fit for
Made-to-order shops: signage, blinds, framed prints, cakes, anything built per order.
Give the product a regular price, even $0, then point one Product Configurator feed at it — or at a category, so three shirt styles share a single configurator instead of three.
GS Product Configurator
What lands in the cart is the product’s base price plus the form’s total, so every Product and Option field carries its own amount and a Total field on the form shows the running price as they choose.
GS Product Configurator
An item meta template writes the configuration into the cart, the order and the emails in your own words, and Number fields mapped to weight and dimensions let a shipping plugin rate the delivery.

Explore GS Product ConfiguratorAdd these optional plugins when your project calls for more.
Prices an option from what else was chosen — quantity breaks, rush fees, member rates — without writing a formula.
Explore GP Conditional PricingOptionally calculates whole-unit charges with ceil(), minimum charges with max(), or conditional formulas. Width × height × rate is already native Gravity Forms arithmetic.
Optionally collects repeated sizes, participants or line specifications inside one product configuration; needed only for that expanded form.
Explore GP Nested FormsOptionally loads WooCommerce product attributes or prior-order data into the configurator. Simple signed-in name and email defaults can use native user merge tags.
Explore GP Populate AnythingOptionally shows configuration choices with grouped rules, such as (material AND finish) OR (package AND personalization). Ordinary single-condition visibility remains native.
Explore GP Advanced Conditional LogicThis solution uses a free plugin. Nothing to license from us. This solution spans two suites, so it takes two licenses — bought one at a time, in either order. A plan covers how many of our plugins you run at once, and on how many sites. Here is what this one needs.

Tick what you want and the plan follows.
Covers this on one site. More sites need Advanced or Pro.
Only if you add GP Conditional Pricing, GP Advanced Calculations, GP Nested Forms, GP Populate Anything and GP Advanced Conditional Logic.
Free to use with Gravity Forms.
Separate licenses, separate checkouts. Start with either one.
Every plan renews at the same price, and you can upgrade any time for the difference.
The product’s regular price plus the form’s total: every Product and Option field on the form adds to it. If the form should own the price outright, set the product to $0 and show a from-price on the shop page with the feed’s Display Price setting.
Each configuration is an entry, attached to the cart item and then to the order, with the payment details synced back. Feeds wait until the order is paid, so a spreadsheet row or a CRM record is only created for an order that went through.
Simple dimension arithmetic uses native calculations. Advanced Calculations adds advanced functions and conditional formulas. Advanced Conditional Logic is a separate optional choice for grouped option-visibility rules; neither replaces Product Configurator or sets up the store for you.
