Import Pricing Levels takes the file in one go, and Replace All keeps the spreadsheet as the source of truth. Levels match top to bottom, so put the strictest rows first and test the awkward combinations.

Is there a limit on how many prices?

Conditional Pricing supports unlimited pricing levels, but the form still has to fit your host’s PHP input limits. The number of products, condition columns and condition rows all contribute to max_input_vars; there is no universal 1,000-row cutoff. Ask your host to review the actual form and test a full export/import before replacing the price list.

What does the CSV have to look like?

Export first. Build a couple of levels in the editor, click Export Pricing, and edit the file that comes back; the documentation links a sample file and a format spec. The concierge build got its file right with support’s help.

What happens when the prices change?

Edit the spreadsheet and import it again with Replace All, which clears the old levels and puts the file in their place. The editor and your spreadsheet stay in step.

Could the prices come straight from our spreadsheet?
