The finished experience

Follow up at the right moment.

Unpaid orders get a follow-up without reminding customers who have already paid.

A good fit for
Workshops, registrations, and order forms with delayed payment.

  1. 1

Start with a reliable payment status.

Configure your payment integration to update the correct Gravity Forms entry when payment events arrive.

    Gravity Forms + payment integration

  2. 2

    Give the customer some time.

Start the workflow from the submitted order and use a Delay to wait one day before considering a reminder.

  3. 3

    Read the entry again.

After the Delay, use Get Entries to retrieve the original entry by ID. Check its current payment status with Condition (data), then end the reminder path for orders that no longer meet your unpaid criteria.

  4. 4

    Send the useful nudge.

your project.

Does Flowcrafter process the payment?

No. The payment add-on and provider handle payment and update the entry. Flowcrafter uses that information to decide the next workflow action; it does not create a payment link automatically.

Can I wait for payment before delivering something?

Yes. A Wait for Payment step can pause the next action until the integration updates the entry. That is a separate pattern from waiting one day and checking whether a reminder is needed.
