Illustrative experience
The finished experience
Recruiters price a plan, read the applications and move people through the stages without anyone opening the WordPress admin.
A good fit for
Job boards, recruiters, and teams running applicants through set stages.
The recruiter picks jobs per month and a tier, and the form works the total out. Changing a rate is an edit, not a developer call.
GP Advanced Calculations
Candidates pick skills and languages from fields they can type into, not a long multi-select.
GP Advanced Select
The stages a recruiter selected populate the fields below them, so they can be put in the order they happen without a reload.
GP Populate Anything
A dashboard lists the recruiter’s own jobs, counts the applications against each one and moves candidates along.

No. A stage is a field on the application entry that the dashboard shows and updates. What the perks add is the front-end view of it and the ordering of the stages a recruiter picked.
Yes, if the entry query on every view is restricted to the signed-in user. Leaving a column out of a table is not an access rule.
Not on its own. The form works out what the plan costs; collecting it needs a compatible payment integration, configured separately from the calculation.
