Can a customer pick more than one product?
Yes, GP Advanced Select supports multiple selections. We keep ours to one product, because a single exact product name on every ticket is what makes tagging them automatically possible.
What about products that are not in the records?
A handful of static choices can sit alongside the populated ones — that is the free Include Static Choices snippet plus a CSS class on the field, which is how an early-access plugin appears in the same list.
