How do staff-only fields stay protected?

The Remove Fields On Edit snippet excludes marked fields during rendering and processing. Use it for fields such as internal status or registration number instead of hiding those fields with CSS.

Does saving an edit rerun every integration?

No. A notification can use the entry-edited event, but feed reprocessing requires an additional documented snippet and deliberate configuration. Decide which actions should run again before enabling them.
