Give each room and time slot its own inventory, scoped to the selected booking date. Set the capacity to one party per room/slot and configure how payment statuses reserve that stock.

Weekends carry an extra late-morning slot. A rule reads the day of the week off the chosen date, so that choice only appears on a Saturday or Sunday.

Can the same room take two parties in one day?
Yes, and that is what scoping inventory to the date is for. The afternoon slot and the weekend morning slot are separate choices, each counted for that date alone.
How do you keep a small party out of the large room?
Conditional logic hides the large room until the number of children reaches its minimum — fourteen, at the venue behind this page — so the option is never there to pick rather than refused afterwards.
Does the deposit reserve the slot?
It depends on payment status. Entries with no payment status count, while Processing is excluded by default. Configure temporary reservations with gpi_temporary_payment_statuses where appropriate, then test successful, failed and abandoned payments plus simultaneous attempts to buy the final slot.
Can we check the child’s age?
Yes. The already-listed Advanced Conditional Logic can compare a birth date with a relative date for a yes/no age rule. Add Advanced Calculations only if you also need to display, store or reuse the completed numeric age with age(). Test the exact birthday boundary and your site’s timezone.
