GP Nested Forms
Collects each attendee as their own row, so one organizer can register a whole group.

One order, three rates.
Illustrative experience
The finished experience
The organiser registers the whole group once and the total adds itself up correctly.
A good fit for
Conferences and courses with membership or group-size pricing.
Each attendee is an entry of their own inside the registration.
GP Nested Forms
Use the membership result and group size to select the Product field’s rate. The customer used custom code to check an external membership system; Conditional Pricing applies the result and does not verify membership itself.
GP Conditional Pricing
Use Copy Cat to copy the attendee count into the checkout Product quantity. If you also want organizer details as child-form defaults, configure Nested Forms’ Parent merge tags separately.

If your existing membership system exposes a suitable authenticated endpoint, API Alchemist and Populate Anything can connect to it and map the membership result into the form. This is a separate modern variant suggested in the article. Configure failure handling and verify the membership result before applying a member rate.
