GWW 278: Performance Hunters 🏹
Meet AI Answers, AKA Robowizard.™ Plus, fresh product updates, building SEO tools with Gravity Forms, and watch our workshop on GP Submit to Access.

Greetings, adventurers!
WordCamp US kicks off next week. We won’t be able to make it this year but we’ve cast a spell of safe travel for those making the trek back to Portland.
I’ve been to Portland a few times and I have three highlights: the incredible food scene (I could eat Pine State Biscuits for breakfast every day), the plethora of waterfalls within a short drive of the city, and Portlandia. 😂
If you’re drooling, panting, and laughing, we’ve got more of the same in this week’s newsletter. 😉
Top Picks: Product Updates
GP Bookings: More love on this booking behemoth. The associated entry is now updated when a booking is rescheduled. Plus, keep an eye out for some major upcoming improvements to the Pricing Rules functionality.
GF Cache Buster: This cache busting beast now works when jQuery is deferred to the footer. If you’re a performance hunter, this will ensure your forms load reliably even with the most aggressive optimization setups.
GC Notion: You can now control the order of your Notion Pages when populating them into a field with Populate Anything. Love that this originated from an internal request.
Introducing: AI Answers
I asked Scott, our Head of Support, to take lead on this section.
Hi there! I’m Scott and I’m excited (with just a flicker of nerves) to introduce something we’ve been brewing: AI Answers.
We’ve added an AI-powered chat to our support page to help answer questions about our products, the Snippet Library, and anything else Gravity Wiz-related. The goal is to provide instant, 24/7 answers while giving our support team more time to focus on complex technical issues.

Our robowizard™ is designed for those quick, “I know it’s in the docs somewhere” moments—summoning source-cited responses straight from our documentation. It’s not meant to replace our legendary human support, just to complement it—like an ATM for information.
Since this is a fresh enchantment, a few bumps are to be expected, but we’ll be refining the experience and, eventually, rolling it out across the entire site.
Spotlight: Turning Forms into SEO-boosting Spells with Advanced Calculations

Did you know that Google loves a good free, in-browser tool? If you’re trying to improve your website’s SEO, of course publishing content helps — but building a highly shareable, usable tool can pay dividends. And quickly!
Express Legal Funding knows this. That’s why they built a legal funding cost calculator specifically aimed at helping their prospects see how much loans can run them over time.
As we discovered, this was a smart choice: the world of lawsuit funding can be murky and by providing transparency and simplicity, Express Legal Funding can secure prospects while positioning itself as an authority.
In this week’s spotlight, we break down how they used GP Advanced Calculations to get the job done.
Workshop Replay: Submit to Access
Another fun, info-packed workshop in the books.
I went deep on all the nitty gritty features Submit to Access has to offer—of which there are many. Watch the replay for a masterclass on gating content with Gravity Forms. 🎓
New Snippet: Auto-access for Administrators
Submit to Access makes gating your content a breeze but if you’re an admin clicking around… you may not want to have to unlock every gate manually. 😅
This snippet will automatically grant access for any user with the administrator
role. Alohamora! 🪄
