GP Populate Anything
Fills the reporting form with the selected client’s history, manager, specialists, and services.
Explore GP Populate AnythingChoose a client and bring their history, manager, specialists, and services into the reporting form. This uses the account-context step from Maatwerk Online’s larger reporting portal.
The account context is already here.
Manager, specialists and services come from the client record.
Illustrative experience
The finished experience
The person writing the report sees who is involved and what the client buys without looking those details up again.
A good fit for
Agencies and teams whose deliverable has several authors.
Maintain a client record with its manager, assigned specialists, services, and useful history. The featured agency keeps these in client posts.
Gravity Forms
Populate the client choices from those records and use the selected client ID to filter the fields that follow.
GP Populate Anything
Populate the manager, specialists, services, and history into the reporting form. The writer can start their section with the relevant details already in place.

For a separate section form, passes a submitted report’s token in a notification link and maps its client and report IDs into that section. It does not assemble the returned sections.
Explore GP Easy PassthroughDisplays completed report entries in a client portal after you have separately assembled them. Restrict both list and detail views to the signed-in client and Released status.
Explore GP Entry BlocksAdds automatic saving, automatic loading and draft management for long report forms. Native Save & Continue already provides manual resume links.
Explore GP Advanced Save & ContinueKeeps the deadline the manager picks inside a sensible window, neither in the past nor months out.
Explore GP Limit DatesAdds a live word count and an enforced limit for a section summary. The featured agency used a custom snippet for an advisory 250-word count that still allowed submission.
Explore GP Word CountThis solution uses a free plugin. Nothing to license from us. This solution spans two suites, so it takes two licenses — bought one at a time, in either order. A plan covers how many of our plugins you run at once, and on how many sites. Here is what this one needs.

Covers this on one site. More sites need Advanced or Pro.
Gravity Perks Pro $299 /year Taking all 5 optional perks too makes it 6 in all, which needs Pro.
Free to use with Gravity Forms.
Separate licenses, separate checkouts. Start with either one.
Every plan renews at the same price, and you can upgrade any time for the difference.
This recipe fills the account context. Maatwerk’s full portal also used Copy Cat and custom snippets for collaboration and report handling. Easy Passthrough can prefill separate section forms, but connecting their submissions into a final report needs a separately designed assembly process.
Yes. Gravity Forms Save & Continue provides a manual resume link. Optional Advanced Save & Continue adds automatic saving and loading plus draft management.
Entry Blocks is an optional modern display layer for completed report entries. Require login, filter both list and detail views to the current client and Released status, and keep staff editing permissions separate. It does not assemble the report for you.
The standard perk enforces the limit. Maatwerk used a custom snippet to make its 250-word count advisory and permit longer submissions; reproducing that behavior requires the customization.
