GC Google Sheets
Sends every entry to the spreadsheet as a row and keeps that row in step with the entry behind it.
Explore GC Google SheetsThe people who run the market work in a spreadsheet, not the WordPress admin. Every registration lands there as a row, and a correction made to the entry changes that same row.
One entry. One current row.

The finished experience
The sheet the team already has open is the live record, so the weekly export and the reconciling that follows it stop being someone’s job.
A good fit for
Teams who run the day out of a spreadsheet while a form fills it.
Point the feed at a sheet you already keep, or let it make one, then line each field up with a column. On a long form the mapping can be filled in for you and checked.
GC Google Sheets
Let the sheet follow the entry: a correction rewrites that row, trashing or spamming the entry removes it, and restoring the entry puts it back at the bottom.

Add Feed Forge to process entries collected before the feed existed. Review the lookup mapping and test a small batch first; already-processed entries are skipped.

Start with Gravity Forms. Add the capabilities this solution needs, then make the experience your own.
Sends every entry to the spreadsheet as a row and keeps that row in step with the entry behind it.
Explore GC Google SheetsAdd these optional plugins when your project calls for more.
Runs the feed over the entries you collected before it existed, so the sheet starts complete instead of starting today.
Explore Feed ForgeReads the sheet the other way, so a column the team maintains becomes the choices your form offers.
Explore GP Populate AnythingOptional check-in extension: generates a registration code and provides a scanner field. Configure the matching entry lookup, permissions and duplicate/capacity checks separately; a scan alone does not mark attendance.
Explore GP QR CodeThis solution uses a free plugin. Nothing to license from us. This solution spans two suites, so it takes two licenses — bought one at a time, in either order. A plan covers how many of our plugins you run at once, and on how many sites. Here is what this one needs.

Optional
Tick what you want and the plan follows.
Covers this on one site. More sites need Advanced or Pro.
Only if you add GP Populate Anything and GP QR Code.
Free to use with Gravity Forms.
Separate licenses, separate checkouts. Start with either one.
Every plan renews at the same price, and you can upgrade any time for the difference.
With updates enabled and a matching lookup value, an entry edit rewrites its row. Trashing or spamming the entry deletes the row; restoring adds it back at the end. Automatic Entry Hash is not added to historical entries retroactively, but a mapped existing unique column can also identify rows.
Yes, with Populate Anything reading it the other way: a column becomes the choices in a field, so the list the team maintains in the spreadsheet is the list the form offers. The staff price lookup is that arrangement at full size.
Optionally add GP QR Code to generate codes and collect scans. Use a separate check-in form with an authorized entry lookup and explicit attendance updates. The spreadsheet feed itself only sends and synchronizes rows.
