What stops a presenter seeing someone else's files?

Require login and owner-based access on every presenter list, detail and edit view. Entry Blocks views can be public by default. Keep the organisers’ broader view restricted to authorized staff.

Can two people look after the same session?

The base recipe gives one owner access to each entry. Shared contributors need additional per-entry permissions and matching restrictions on every list, detail and edit view. The source does not publish that full configuration. A record of every later editor or change also needs separate edit logging.
