GWW 266: Multi-page Navigation 1.3
Spellbook has arrived, and so has a long-awaited update to GP Multi-page Navigation. Oh, and, we’re hiring!

Greetings, wizards!
I hope this update finds you at the conclusion of another positive and productive week. Our week certainly was! In fact, we have so much juicy wizardry to share I think we ought to just dive right in.
Spellbook: Chapter 1

Spellbook arrived in your WordPress dashboards earlier this week and the reception has been positively enchanting. A special thank you to the early adopters who helped us catch a few lingering hiccups. You’re the best!
This is just the beginning for this powerful platform. We have so much in store, like…
- Even better search
- Snippet Library integration
- More free plugins!
So go on! Open your Spellbook and unlock Gravity Forms’ full potential.
Multi-page Navigation 1.3: Completed Pages Only
My friends, my friends… many years you have waited for this lovely feature to appear. It was just as tricky as we predicted, but I’m pleased to announce—it’s here!
With Multi-page Navigation 1.3, when page navigation is enabled “from the start”, only completed pages will be styled as complete in the page navigation.
Yes, arguably, this is how it should have worked from the start—but Gravity Forms doesn’t actually keep track of completed pages. It only knows what page you’re currently on and assumes all previous pages are good to go.
With a bit of wizardry, we conjured up a tidy solution: page completion is now evaluated each time the form is rendered.
So what counts as a completed page?
- The page must be visited
- The page must pass validation
Join me for a quick demo of what this gnarly feature looks like in action!
Oh, and did I mention it works with Page Transitions too?
We’re Hiring: Video Content Creator
We’ve heard you loud and clear. You want more video from us. And we mean to provide it!
Step 1 – Hire a video content creator.
Once hired, our first objective will be to start providing video overviews of our most popular articles and resources. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on camera, has some technical chops for whipping up product demos, and has a solid recording setup all ready to go.
If you’re interested and want to help us iron out Step 2, be sure to apply!
How To: Send Gravity Forms Survey Results to Airtable

Survey spells, meet Airtable alchemy. In our latest tutorial, we show you how to map Likert, Rank, and Rating fields from Gravity Forms straight into Airtable using GC Airtable. It’s a seamless way to collect feedback, compare results across forms, and conjure up gorgeous charts and graphs—all without touching a wand.
Whether you’re ranking Hogwarts houses or rating hotel stays, this guide has everything you need to turn survey responses into actionable insights.
New Snippet: Disable Field Groups in Editor
I wrote this snippet in response to an interesting problem:
My client contacted me because someone hacked their site and had been creating random draft posts. Turns out it wasn’t a hacker; they had just accidentally inserted one of the Post fields into their form, which is what triggered the creation of the draft posts.
It would be nice to be able to hide those Post fields from the form builder UI; the client has no need for them.
I had sneaking suspicion there’d be a filter in place that would make this a breeze. And I was right! Thanks for all the hooks Gravity Forms.
