Introducing Gravity Connect: MailPoet

Roses are red, violets are blue, send Gravity Forms data to MailPoet faster than you can say “Subscribe me too!” 🚀📬

Gravity Connect has connected wizards to Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable—and even (Open)AI. Now, the suite is going back to its WordPress roots to connect you to a service that is inside of the ecosystem. You guessed it: MailPoet!

The MailPoet Connection unlocks for MailPoet something it lacks: a robust form builder that can subscribe, unsubscribe, add and remove tags, and top it off with advanced features like conditional logic. And it does all that while looking good, too. 😉

Wizards of Prose, Wizards of Rhyme,
Gather ‘round—‘cause it’s time…
Meet Gravity Connect MailPoet! 🔮

Introducing Gravity Connect MailPoet

GC MailPoet integrates Gravity Forms directly with MailPoet, allowing you to subscribe and unsubscribe users from one or multiple email lists with the click of a Submit button. All a form will need is an Email field and a GC MailPoet feed to make it so! 🧙‍♂️

More Than Like & Subscribe

“But Dani, isn’t the whole point to go beyond just capturing emails?”

You got it, wizard! Map Gravity Forms fields to MailPoet custom fields to capture more about your subscribers. Automatically add or remove tags to keep your lists as sharp as you are. 🪄

Give Subscribers a Voice

With GC MailPoet, you can use our own MailPoet Lists field to create a subscribe form that lets users choose the newsletters they are interested in. What’s cooler: the MailPoet Lists field allows you to take your MailPoet lists wherever Gravity Forms fields can go. 🌎

Sometimes, we gotta let email subscribers go—as we’ve learned in our latest workshop. With GC MailPoet, you can use our own MailPoet Lists field to create an unsubscribe form. This way, subscribers can pick and choose what they want to opt out of, and you get a chance to ask them: “but why?” 🤔

Subscriber Telepathy

Come to think of it, we can learn from subscribers not just by their words, but also by their actions. Use conditional logic to only apply certain tags or fill out custom fields based on what users sign up for, what products they purchase, or which events they register for.

Examples: Tag new customers, segment event attendees, or tailor follow-ups based on their activity—so your emails always rhyme with their interests. 📩

Poetry to my ears!

Okay, quick recap.

MailPoet and Gravity Forms are quite the team. First, you can make your email campaigns smarter and leaner by using Gravity Forms to get to know your audience better and create segment automations with conditional logic. Then, enjoy MailPoet’s powerful email builder to send newsletters, automate welcome sequences, segment your audience, and boost conversions—all from the comfort of your WordPress dashboard.
