The User Registration add-on. Use the free Extract Domain from Email Address snippet for the company lookup.
Email activation or manual approval before granting protected membership access. A typed domain match alone is not proof that someone holds the address.
Auto Login’s activation login window is 24 hours from registration unless extended; later activations need the normal login flow.

What if a company has more than one domain?

List them all on the company record. Each one is checked, so a subsidiary or a second brand still matches.

What happens to a domain you do not know?

The source emails the request to the team for approval. Your team needs a manual fallback for confirming the employer and deciding whether to register the person or update the company record.

What stops the wrong person getting in?

Require control of the matched inbox through email activation, or have the team approve the request before access is granted. A domain match only checks the address that was typed. For email activation, Auto Login can sign them in within its 24-hour window.

Can we add a member directory?

Yes. An Entry Blocks directory is an optional entry-based alternative to the display in the spotlight. Configure who may list, open and edit member records. It does not replace the source’s Gravity Flow approvals.
