Map the form to the columns

Point the feed at a sheet you already keep, or let it make one, then line each field up with a column. On a long form the mapping can be filled in for you and checked.

Let a correction reach the row

Let the sheet follow the entry: a correction rewrites that row, trashing or spamming the entry removes it, and restoring the entry puts it back at the bottom.

Row updates need a unique lookup column mapped to a stable value. Automatic Entry Hash is not retroactive; historical entries need an existing mapped unique value or a reviewed backfill.

What happens to the row when we fix an entry?

With updates enabled and a matching lookup value, an entry edit rewrites its row. Trashing or spamming the entry deletes the row; restoring adds it back at the end. Automatic Entry Hash is not added to historical entries retroactively, but a mapped existing unique column can also identify rows.

Can the sheet feed the form as well?

Yes, with Populate Anything reading it the other way: a column becomes the choices in a field, so the list the team maintains in the spreadsheet is the list the form offers. The staff price lookup is that arrangement at full size.

Can registrations become scannable check-ins?

Optionally add GP QR Code to generate codes and collect scans. Use a separate check-in form with an authorized entry lookup and explicit attendance updates. The spreadsheet feed itself only sends and synchronizes rows.
