GP Entry Blocks
Gives each presenter a table of their own sessions to edit, and keeps everybody else's out of it.
Explore GP Entry BlocksAn event site where every session on the agenda links to its own upload form, and each presenter keeps their files current without being asked twice.
Named and filed on submission.

The finished experience
The current deck for every session sits in your Media Library under a name you can read, because the presenter filed it there and can still replace it up to showtime.
A good fit for
Conferences, summits and any event collecting material from speakers.
The link on a session opens the upload form with that session's details already in place, so nothing is typed twice or typed wrong.
GP Populate Anything
On form submission, File Renamer applies your convention using the session’s values, before the file is added to the Media Library.
GP File Renamer
On submission, Media Library adds the uploaded files under those names so the event site can use them like other assets.
GP Media Library
A table of their own sessions lets them reopen the same entry and swap the deck right up to showtime — no second entry, and no email to you.

Require login and owner-based access on every presenter list, detail and edit view. Entry Blocks views can be public by default. Keep the organisers’ broader view restricted to authorized staff.
The base recipe gives one owner access to each entry. Shared contributors need additional per-entry permissions and matching restrictions on every list, detail and edit view. The source does not publish that full configuration. A record of every later editor or change also needs separate edit logging.
