New Perk: GP Email Validator

Say good-bye to disposable, made-up, or typo’d email addresses. It’s time to boost your email lists and solidify your contacts with real email addresses that actually receive mail.

With GP Email Validator, garbage emails are automatically blocked with options to reject disposable email addresses, sanitize emails that use the ‘ol Gmail plus trick, or simply block free email services altogether. You can even allow or block specific email domains. 🤤

Email Validator doesn’t stop there.

Get real insights into the quality of submitted email addresses and use that data to filter entries by their email validation status or configure conditional confirmations, notifications, and feeds to only process data when certain email criteria are met.

And yes, there’s more.

Feed Forge: Reprocess Feeds

Our absolutely free Feed Forge plugin lets you process feeds for your Gravity Forms entries in bulk. It’s in every form-wielding blacksmith’s dream shop.

By default, Feed Forge won’t reprocess a feed for an entry if it’s already been processed – but, in some cases, you might want to force forge the issue. That’s why we added a filter a while back that lets you enable reprocessing globally or on a per-form basis.

This week, by customer demand, we made this option available directly in the UI. You can now reprocess feeds on demand with a single click. 👆

Highlights: Fresh from the Changelog

Here are a few “smaller” changes we’ve made since our last weekly that I think are worth your time.

Updated Icons & Banners: We’ve added some long overdue polish to our products updating experience. Peep the tasty new graphics on the Updates page when a perk, connection, or shop plugin has an update available. 😍

Preview Submission: Did you know you can include merge tags in an HTML field from any previous page? Preview Submission makes it 2ez. This week, we fixed an issue where those merge tags weren’t appearing in the merge tag selector as expected.

Advanced Select + Populate Anything: We resolved some pesky styling issues with Gravity Forms’ gorgeous theme framework when an Advanced-Select-enabled Drop Down or Multi Select field was refreshed by Populate Anything.

Gravity Forms 2.9: We’ve made important 2.9 compatibility updates for Nested Forms, Conditional Logic Dates, and Product Configurator this week.
