How To: Archive Gravity Forms Entries Without Deleting Them

We built Entry Archive to scratch our own itch. Old employee reviews and applications from promising candidates were piling up in our entry lists. We didn’t want to delete them, but we didn’t need to see them every day either. So we built a way to tuck them out of sight, and made it free for everyone. 🪄

Resourcerous: Know When a Draft Changes Hands

Sebastian wrote this snippet almost a year ago, and I’m just now getting around to sharing it. Sorry, Seabass! 😆

It shows a notice when someone resumes a Save & Continue draft from a different browser, device, or location, so you’ll know if a resume link has been shared or opened somewhere unexpected.

The messages are customizable, and it pairs nicely with this week’s Advanced Save & Continue security improvements.
