New Free Plugin: Gravity Forms Entry Archive

Archive the Gravity Forms entries you’re done with — without deleting them. Entry Archive tucks them behind their own filter, fully searchable and restorable whenever you need them.

Meet Gravity Forms Entry Archive, available for free through Spellbook.

It does one thing, and does it well: archive entries you no longer need in your main view—without deleting a single one.

Why is that useful?

Because plenty of entries end up in an awkward middle. Completed orders, last quarter’s campaigns, leads you’ve already worked, records you’re keeping for compliance—they’ve served their purpose, but they’re not disposable. They don’t belong in your active entries, and they don’t belong in the trash either.

Entry Archive gives them a place to go. Move them out of your active list and into their own filter. Out of sight, fully intact, and just one click away whenever you need them. 👌

With Entry Archive, you get:

  • One-click archiving. Hover any entry, click Archive, and it’s filed away — not deleted.
  • A dedicated Archived filter. Sits right alongside All, Unread, Starred, Spam, and Trash, with a live count of everything you’ve set aside.
  • Bulk archive and unarchive. Clear thousands of entries at once from the Bulk Actions dropdown — and bring them back the same way.
  • Nothing is ever deleted. Archived entries stay fully intact in the database: searchable, restorable, and still available to Gravity Forms’ APIs.
  • Zero configuration. No settings to touch. Controls appear automatically, hide on the Spam and Trash views, and flip to Unarchive on the Archived filter.

All supported by our absolutely legendary support team. 🧙‍♂️🧙‍♀️

Ready to tidy up?

Entry Archive is one of those wonderfully simple plugins that makes your workspace feel better immediately. A cleaner entry list for you. Every record still safe in the database. And no more choosing between a cluttered list and the trash.
