All account management is handled in our account dashboard. If you need any clarification about how to accomplish certain things, this collection of frequently asked questions is here to help.

How do I change my email address?

You can do that through the Profile page in your account. Scroll down to the section titled Email Address and change it to your new address. Update the section of your profile, then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page, and you’re all set!

How do I change my payment method?

This can be done through the Billing tab in your account. This page will list all active subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription for the license where you want to update the payment method. On the next page, click Update under Subscription to make changes.

Payment method options are dynamic based on your location.

How do I delete old card information?

To delete any old card information, go to the the  Billing tab in your account and look for Payment Methods below your Active Subscriptions. Click on the red Remove text to delete the card information.

In use payment methods cannot be removed. You must first cancel your subscription before you can remove them.

How do I change my billing address or add my tax ID/VAT to my invoice?

You can do that through the Profile page in your account. Scroll down to the section titled Invoicing Details and change to your new address. Once you are happy with your changes, click Save Changes.

How do I turn off the automatic renewal of my license?

You can manage subscription auto-renewal on the Billing tab. Click Manage Subscription, then click Cancel in Subscription.

Your license will remain active, and when it’s close to your renewal date, we’ll email you to let you know it’s time to renew.

You can also cancel your subscription from the Licenses tab. Click View Details for the license you want to manage, and make changes from there.

What do I do if my payment method has failed?

If you set up payment directly on our site, you can update your payment method on the Billing tab.

If your account is set to use PayPal to handle payment, updating the card that is used for your subscription is handled within PayPal.

How can I switch payment from PayPal to a direct payment?

We’re unable to change the payment method from PayPal to Stripe. What you can do is go to the Billing tab in your account to cancel your subscription and then resubscribe with a different payment method. Canceling your subscription won’t affect your license. When you resubscribe your license, it will automatically renew that license and add a year, so you might want to wait until it’s closer to expiration before resubscribing.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Once you cancel a subscription, you will have until your expiration date to continue using customer support as well as receiving updates for your plugins. Canceling your subscription doesn’t impact your license, only the subscription. You can resubscribe to automatic payments at any time.
