I can’t install perks via the Manage Perks page.

1. I’m not seeing the “Install Perks” tab on the “Manage Perks” page.

Make sure that you are logged in as user with the capability to install plugins. If you are using a role management plugin to create custom user roles, make sure your role includes the “install_plugins” capability.

You will also want to confirm that the “DISALLOW_FILE_MODS” constant is not set to true in your wp-config.php file. More details here.
