gppa_gf_entry_reformat_date_fields

Description

Filter if GPPA should re-format entries’ date fields to the format specified in the form they belong to. Up until 1.0.14, Populate Anything returned date fields’ values in MySQL format (YYYY-MM-DD).

Starting from 1.1.3, date fields’ values will be returned in the form’s format (e.g. mm/dd/yyyy). This filter allows reverting to the old behavior.

Usage

Apply to all forms.

add_filter( 'gppa_gf_entry_reformat_date_fields', 'my_custom_function' );

Apply to a specific form that is being populated into another.

add_filter( 'gppa_gf_entry_reformat_date_fields_FORMID', 'my_custom_function' );

Apply to a specific input that is being populated into another field.

add_filter( 'gppa_gf_entry_reformat_date_fields_FORMID_INPUTID', 'my_custom_function' );

Parameters

  • reformat_date_fields boolean

    Whether or not date fields’ values should be reformatted (default: true).

  • entry array

    The current entry being accessed.
