“As with all printing, the pricing varies a lot with quantity. There are also numerous size and finishing parameters. The calculator has 4 different conditions (for a total of 32 permutations) and 30 quantity levels. When I first set this calculator up several years ago, I was intimidated by the need to input the conditions quantity and pricing for each price point manually in the conditional pricing UI. With manual input, the possibility of error was great and managing the forms was complicated by the fact that I have several different versions of the calculator spread around the website.

Samuel at [Gravity Wiz] support showed me how the conditional price importer works and that enabled us to eliminate several calculations that were slowing down the form, making the form much simpler and more responsive for the user. We’ve tried project management software in the past, though the learning curve was steep for some clients to have to learn new software.

Collecting feedback in a form challenges the user to think about their response and provide all their edits in one go.

We just update our WooCommerce pricing once, and then rest assured GP Populate Anything will import the newly updated price the next time a client logs in to approve their design. It’s allowed us to spend more of our time creating and less time going back and forth via email with clients and sending invoices when they want extra services.

I’ve been using your products since at least 2014 to better extend the already robust feature set of Gravity Forms to achieve very custom needs of my clients. The recent project described, is a way I used several of your products to build a very custom and complete solution without having to write any code myself.

I came to Gravity Wiz for the quality of the software and added features and functionality, but stay for the outstanding Customer Service.

With just two simple forms and one List view, we were able to create a streamlined 1:1 messaging service that allows us to consolidate client communications in a single, relevant location. Clients can easily send us messages and view our conversation history, while we can easily review message history for each client and respond to new messages from them.

There are a number of elements that need to be configured in a certain order, but the whole thing is so simple to set up that I think anyone could do it.

As an online marketing agency, we report all our results to our clients. We strive to do this on a personal level, so it’s important for us that our specialists give color to the data results for our clients. We try to combine automation with a personal touch to give our clients an update about their results and the work we did, and the plans and strategies we have for the future. For this purpose, we created a Client Portal on which users can log in to see all their information and earlier received reports. Our colleagues at Maatwerk Online use a Gravity Form to send their reports to their client.

The awesome support from you guys helped us convert the output of Populate Anything, so that we receive not only the ID of a user, but also their name, their job title, and their avatar.

By default, the Gravity Perks Word Count plugin validates the form field based on the given Word Count. But we didn’t want the form to [become] invalid if a specialist exceeds that amount of words. We only wanted them to take notice. So, the awesome support guys from Gravity Perks (again) helped us with this, by creating a snippet which changes the validation text, but also makes it still possible to submit the form, even though the Word Count is exceeded.

If the Project Manager changes their conclusion at a later time, [currently] this would not be updated in the conclusion of the specialist. But once again, the awesome support guys from Gravity Perks helped us with this. They updated the perk for us within a week and provided us with a snippet that makes it possible to update a field based on another field live. So, if the Project Manager updates their conclusion after a specialist checks the checkbox to copy the conclusion of the Project Manager, the conclusion of the specialist will also be updated.

Thanks to all these awesome perks we now have a great, smart form. This saves us tons of time and without the help of the support guys from Gravity Perks we would never have pulled this off.

I first came up with the idea as a way to keep track of things I personally wanted to listen to. It was a consolidation of years of notes and spreadsheets full of albums I wanted to hear, since I tend to discover music faster than I can listen to it.

AlbumBlitz started off as a database of artists, titles, release years, and genre tags. The streaming links, tracklists, cover art and everything else came later when I decided that it would be really cool to share all this music with the world and hopefully help people discover new artists they might not have otherwise!

It’s my passion project, and my way of giving back, I think is the best way I can put it.

When you get a lot of inquiries, it’s not helpful to get an inquiry for a day you’ve already booked, especially for a one-man show like I am.

It saves my prospects time versus having an inquiry out there waiting on a response. They can just move on and I don’t have to fill that inquiry. It was interrupting my flow to have to check if a date was available—not good for time efficiency.

It makes sure that there’s just no mistakes whatsoever.

I’m not an automated machine. I want automation to save time on routine tasks.

Let’s say I had four wedding photo booths one day and they all selected the “Gold / Silver Sequin” backdrop, but I only have two of these backdrops. I had to order more $200 backdrops to cover a single day of events.

Much smarter way to do this. We never have to buy an additional backdrop to cover just one event. If it’s not available, it’s not available, and they [the client] won’t see it. They have plenty of other backdrops to choose from.

That inventory perk you guys have is super slick. It was huge for saving us a bunch of money on backdrops.

I came from Keap (formerly Infusionsoft). I first learned about CRMs around 2016 or 2017, and Keap was my pick because it let me build complete systems and processes for my companies. It was great at first, but as the price kept going up, the software became increasingly unreliable. At one point, I was literally on the phone with their CTO saying, “These are all the issues I’m having – fix it, or I’m out.”

The appeal of Keap was that they gave you the parts to the Ferrari of CRMs – but you had to build it yourself. That experience taught me a lot about building and designing systems from the ground up. But as Keap grew less and less stable, I started looking elsewhere and discovered Gravity Flow. Then once I realized how powerful Populate Anything was, that sealed the deal. I even blocked four weeks off my calendar to dive in and rebuild every system and process using these new tools.

With Gravity Forms, my systems just work – every time – with no errors or missed events. There are a few different plugins working together behind the scenes, but Gravity Wiz is the heartbeat of the entire operation.

Before, I had seven different event questionnaire forms – one for each photo booth experience we offered. With Populate Anything, I now only need one form that covers every experience, including custom ones. It’s also much easier to maintain, especially when I’m constantly adding new inventory for backdrops or props. No more updating seven separate forms every time something changes.

When I discovered Populate Anything, everything clicked. Now I can send a proposal, move a client to booking, and then to onboarding – all while keeping them on track for key dates leading up to their event. It lets me manage the entire customer lifecycle within a single system.

Gravity Flow ties everything together so I can still get email notifications – my inbox is my to-do list – and track exactly what’s in progress at any stage.

When I delete a username, the entry author automatically reverts back to me, so I don’t lose any data. I keep that history because, for wedding clients for example, we often stay connected for up to ten years – sending anniversary and birthday emails, generating referrals, and simply treating them like how I would want to be treated as a customer. It’s a key part of the customer lifecycle.

It’s so much easier now to maintain a single form with multiple mapping forms. The old way was, “Okay, now I’ve gotta update all the backdrops,” and then go into seven separate forms to do it. That was a total pain in the neck, and a completely inefficient use of time.

All the perks Gravity Wiz offers let me build everything on one site. I don’t have to juggle “this for this” and “that for that.” It keeps everything streamlined – and compared to my Keap system, I’m saving a ton of money each year, which is nice.

Naming conventions are critical when creating systems and processes. I have a consistent naming method so that when I open my form list, everything’s organized and easy to find. Every form follows the same structure. It’s tedious at first, but it makes troubleshooting so much faster – if something isn’t working as intended, I can find and fix it immediately.

The form has core variable calculations, which roll up into larger variable calculations, which roll into the overall cost calculation—so easy reference of variables [brought by formula shorthands] is critical.

The countertop estimates vary based on the style of countertop chosen and a range of options, such as counter size, backsplashes, and sinks-the conditional statements were essential to the formulas.

The client clicks a link from the agenda page on the event site I built for them, which links to FileStack with the session title populated on the presentation upload form. If the session already exists (detected via Populate Anything) the user’s given the choice of creating a duplicate or updating the existing entry.

The perk I used was Gravity Forms Advanced Calculations, which allowed me to generate automatic calculations within specific fields of Gravity Forms.

The key point here is that knowing hardly anything about coding with the help of your support team, I was able to build a calculator from scratch.

Supposedly, other high-level and much larger nonprofits hired a professional consultancy to make this integration happen. Thanks to this perk we reduced costs and time spent.

The Gravity Wiz Advanced Calculations perk was exactly what we needed to implement Express Legal Funding’s lawsuit loan calculator for maximum impact. From an SEO perspective, it’s ideal. [Entry Blocks is] just a really great resource for us that is super easy to manage. It takes care of itself, pretty much, and it’s been a great asset for us.

They complete a trip report at the end of the trip and it just gets added to a database. I can filter them by trip or search by whatever keyword I might be looking for.
